Delivery & Returns

Your delivery details depend on the type of product you order.

Standard Delivery Cost

Parcel Items (Single small item) = £3.95

Small Items (Two or more small items) = £7.95

Medium Items (Toilets, basins etc) = £16.95

Large Items (Tiles delivered on pallet, shower enclosures etc) = £34.95

NB:  Item size is displayed on each individual item.

Deliveries are made by an independent haulier and usually take no longer than 3 working days to arrive.
All Stock items will be dispatched within 1 working day.

Dispatch times for non-stock items can vary tremendously depending on the location.
If you have placed an order for non-stock items we will contact you with more information to insure the estimated time frame is acceptable.

Supplier Delivered

Our Supplier Delivered products are delivered to you straight from the supplier, due to size or other restrictions.

Prices vary depending on the product and quantities ordered. Please refer to the individual products for more information.

Deliveries are made by the supplier or their delivery partners.

Our supplier will usually contact you direct to arrange a convenient delivery date.

All supplier delivered items will arrive within 14 days of purchase.

In the unlikely event of orders taking longer, we will contact you to insure this is still acceptable.

Other Information

Our deliveries are generally made between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm

Orders that are delivered on a pallet will not be broken down or discharged by the delivering driver.

Goods will be delivered as close as possible to your front door or any other specified location.

If this location is unreachable for any reason, such as a narrow street or a flight of stairs (such as flats), or any other obstruction- we will deliver to your property as close as possible.

For pallet deliveries, the driver is NOT insured to take goods into the property.

We advise at least 2 able bodied persons are available to take the items inside.

Products damaged in transit must be noted at the time of delivery, documented on the delivery note and delivery refused. It is the customer's responsibility to check the Products for damage with the delivery driver and to notify us of any damages within a reasonable period. We will not accept claims for Products damaged in transit that were signed for as being in good condition.

It is the customer's responsibility for the safe return of all goods. All items returned under our 7 day right to cancel under the 'Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000'. You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost. When returning the Products to us you must ensure that you use a reputable carrier, that the Products are appropriately packaged to protect them in transit. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. Only undamaged (or resalable) returned goods will then be refunded.

Due to the cost of haulage and the increased risk of tiles being damaged in transit, does not offer a returns policy (After the 7 day period covered a). We have a sample service to ensure you are 100% happy with you choice of tile made. By requesting a sample you have the opportunity to see the tile before you make your purchase.
